These terms apply to the website malachim-messenger.com and to the AI assistants, demos, and messaging services provided by Malachim Messenger, a business operated by Benjamin Brewer as a sole proprietorship in Bethesda, Maryland (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide AI voice receptionists, message summaries, and related tools for businesses, including ClinicFlow AI for medical practices, and free informational tools such as the HbA1c Prediction Calculator.

Not medical advice; not for emergencies

Our AI assistants and tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace a licensed healthcare professional. Calculator results are estimates for education only. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to disrupt them, gaining unauthorized access, using automated means to overload our demos, or using them for unlawful purposes.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Malachim Messenger sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our AI assistants, such as call summaries, confirmations, appointment-related follow-ups, and replies to your inquiries.
• Consent: You will receive messages only if you have opted in — for example by agreeing during a call or by checking a box on a web form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email benjamin@malachim-messenger.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers for hosting, voice, and messaging. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by those providers.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may contain errors and should be reviewed by staff before being relied on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malachim Messenger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
